Financial leasing (lease purchase) is suitable if you want to use the car for a long time and get it in your possession at the end of the lease term.

The leasing company buys the car of your choice and rents it to you for a certain period. Every month, the leasing company issues you an invoice for the lease and interest on the loan. At the end of the leasing period, the value of the car is 100% paid and you acquire property rights.

Benefit: ownership rights at the end of the lease term, unlimited mileage during the leasing period.

Operational leasing (lease) is suitable if you want to use the car for a limited time and transfer it to the leasing company at the end of the term, without worrying about its realization.

You agree with the car seller about the desired leasing period and the total mileage of the car during the leasing period. After this, the seller of the car determines the residual value of the car at the end of the leasing period. The leasing company buys your chosen car and rents it to you for the agreed term with the agreed total mileage of the car, which you must comply with. Every month, the leasing company issues you an invoice for the lease. At the end of the leasing period, you transfer the car to the leasing company in a condition that corresponds to natural wear and tear and the agreed total mileage.

Benefit: lower monthly payment, at the end of the lease term there is no need to worry about the sale of the car. If you want to continue using the car, you can buy it out from the leasing company or continue to rent it according to the terms of the financial leasing.

To get acquainted with the terms of leasing, choose the most appropriate type of financing

To apply for leasing, the following documents must be submitted:

  • leasing application, copy of passport or ID card;
  • bank account statement for the last 6 months (upon request);
  • for financial leasing – a statement from the SRS if the amount of financing exceeds 100 minimum monthly wages;
  • if a guarantor is attracted to the transaction – a completed form of the application for a guarantee of a natural person, if the guarantor is a natural person, or an application for leasing a legal person, if the guarantor is a legal person, and a copy of the passport or ID card of the guarantor and/or the guarantor’s representative;
  • for used cars – assessment of the leasing object.

Leasing is available to persons from the age of 18 with regular and sufficient income. If necessary, a guarantor can be attracted.

Minimum funding amount – 2000 EUR; funding period – from 6 to 60 months.

Down payment – starting from 10%; for promotional offers for which a 0% down payment is available and/ or your existing car (of any brand) can serve as a down payment – ask a sales consultant.

To apply for leasing, the following documents must be submitted:

  • leasing application;
  • a copy of the representative’s passport or ID card;
  • financial statement for the previous year (balance sheet, profit-loss statement, explanation by item);
  • operational financial statement for this year (balance sheet, profit-loss statement for the corresponding period of time (3, 6 or 9 months), explanation by item);
  • if a guarantor is attracted to the transaction – a completed guarantee application form for a natural person, if the guarantor is a natural person, or an application for leasing a legal person, if the guarantor is a legal person, and a copy of the passport or ID card of the guarantor and/ or the guarantor’s representative;
  • for used cars – assessment of the leasing object;
  • other documents confirming the solvency of the company (for example, cooperation agreements, rental agreements, order agreements, etc.).

Leasing is available to legal entities that have been engaged in economic activity for at least 6 months and have sufficient cash flow to fulfill obligations. If necessary, a guarantor can be attracted.

Minimum funding amount – 1000 EUR; funding period – from 6 to 84 months.
